828 mk3 Driver Update causing WMA/V files to play too fast?

I updated my 828 mk3 drivers recently which helped quite a bit with latency issues. However, I have noticed that now most of my Windows Media Audio/Video files play back at double speed with chipmunk sounds.

I am running Windows XP Pro SP3. I did an update and still have the problem. It may be coincidental but I don't think so.

Has anyone else encountered this issue and resolved it?
