DP8's aversion to aliases
There's a very strange thing about opening projects in DP8 (i'm on 8.01), where it will not let me go to a folder which has been created as an alias. They're all greyed out. I've used a method for years now, where I just keep a folder in my Finder sidebar with aliases to all of my current music projects. Makes it easy to locate to the right project quickly. Since updating to DP8, it don't worky no more. Is anyone else experiencing this?
12-Core Mac Pro, OS: Sierra w/ DP9 - always the latest version. Love of film music.

Re: DP8's aversion to aliases
Nope. But I don't make folder alias... I use aliases of the actual DP file. Haven't tried the folder thing, but my file aliases work fine with DP 8.01.

Re: DP8's aversion to aliases
Any combination of alias project files or folders works for me.
