Missing Waveforms and Markers

Post by screamin_keys »

First let me start off saying I believe this is due to user error. Was in the middle of updating my Waves plugs while I was on the phone. ( BTW, was off the Waves train but those Black Monday deals were too good to pass up. The update to V9 was quite painless.. but I digress..) No biggie, I can multi-task. But in the process I remember seeing a pop-up come up that was something about clearing graphs..

Problem: 1. No waveforms or MIDI data on any projects. It all plays back correctly though.
2. No markers on any projects and the yellow marker tab in the sequencer window is missing.

I can have the sequencer window open and have the audio edit set to soundbites, nothing. Change to pitch and that information is there. That's all that I have noticed so far.

DP 7.24, OS 10.8.2

Thanks!

Thanks! That was it. Page 486 in the DP 7 manual if anyone needs it.

You likely hit cmd-f trying to "find" something - the way every other program in the world works

In DP that command calls up the filter. Hitting enter to dismiss or hitting the bottom right corner button sets the filter to ALL and closes the box.

Very bad programmer joke to keep tech support in business. Been around a long time...

Yea, my user error has been around awhile also.. Tech support for that is hit or miss.
