Hi!
I am running DP 4.52 and am working with GPO and EWQLSO. In several places where I have a tempo change programmed in the conductor track, there is a little glitch right at the tempo change when I play back. I've made sure that I don't have a note that is sustaining over the tempo change but the problem still does not go away.
I'd appreciate any clues anyone might have about this.

The only time that would happen to me was when I had any kind of delay going that was tempo sync'd. I fixed it by simply figuring out what the ms equivalent was for the main tempos.
