Where can I find a USED Motu 2408 MKII or MKI w/324PCI card?
Here is what I'm trying to do!
Use DP on Mac G4 MirrorDoor. I have a set of studio monitors and I'm getting a power amp.
Can anyone please help me locate a USED model of Motu 2408 MKII OR MKI?
PLEASE, NO EBAY LINKS!
I have LOST TOO MUCH MONEY buying JUNK on Ebay.

Occasionally you will find regular music stores listing used 2408s on ebay, so if you're leary of ebay this is one way to be more confident in the product (you can actually call and talk to a sales person). I've purchased 2 mkI's and 2 MkII's w/PCI 324s from private individuals on EBAY and they all work great, but if you've had a bad experience I don't know if I can convince you - just learn how to read in between the lines with the seller's feedback, ie, looking not just at the positive to negative ratio, but see what kind of products they normally sell and read details in the feedback and ask the seller some questions ect.

Not sure exactly why you need a 2408, do you need lightpipe in and out?
I have an excellent condition 24i and PCI- 324 for sale which I used in my mirrored door Dual 1Ghz G4 (under both OS9.22 and OSX)
If you are interested, feel free to send me a private message. I would love to get it to someone that will usse it, especially if it's someone on this forum.
