828mk3 meters

Hello everyone, this may be a stupid question but here it goes.

I just picked up an 828mk3 hybrid and noticed 2 things that don't make sense to me.

1. the main out meter never gets above -24 which seems odd to me

2. the main out meter color is red at -42 and orange at -24 (all the pictures I have seen the colors have been green)

Is this all normal? Or is something wrong?
