Questions About MachFive 3?

I'm very intrigued by what I've seen of MachFive 3, but I have two questions that I can't seem to find the answers for.

1. Can M5 import/play libraries intended for IK stuff, like SampleTank, SonikSynth etc...?

2. Can the FX in M5 be used as primary, project FX plugins, across any and all tracks in a project, or only on M5 instrument tracks?
