Kontakt - Tuning an instrument...?

So, my lazy self is posting this question to try and get a jump on something having to do with Kontakt.

Pettinhouse has a wonderful direct guitar called Humbucker, but the blasted thing is so out of tune it is unusable for me. Numerous emails to him about it have gone unanswered, so I'd like to try and dig into Kontakt to tweak the tuning of things. 30 minutes of looking under the hood has gotten me not too far, so I guess I need to take an afternoon with the manual to learn the ins and outs of Kontakt, and I'd rather expedite this adventure because I generally do not get into tweaking things in this area very much. So...

Anyone got any tidbits or general pointing's that can jump start me in tuning this instrument? Basically, I want to slap a tuner on the track and tune every sample, and this instrument has multiple samples on every key.

I know this is a vague and probably unfruitful question, by I figured if I got even one or two things that could get me going it was worth the asking.
