[HELP] Motu 2408 no signal on analog in/out

Weird problem.
This 2408mk3 unit was last used a couple of weeks ago, it worked fine.
Today i connect this unit to my studio PC (Windows 7), there's no signal on the analog output.
The meters are green, indicates that there are signal going on all 8 outputs but nothing comes out to the speakers.
Then I test the inputs using mic & preamp, same thing, nothing going into the analog inputs.
This problem persists in standalone mode as well.

ideas? Any help appreciated....
