can't get mixIR2 to show up in PTHD9

can't get mixIR2 to show up in PTHD9

I am going to track gtrs in PT b/c of the ease of using my Eleven Rack for this next album.

I have the mixIR2 in my VST folder as well as my other plugin folders (AU for Digital Perfomer).
mixIR2 shows up no problem in DP but when I open PTHD9, it's not in my plugins.
I have trashed my PT prefs but still won't show up.

what am I doing wrong? can anyone help?
