UltraLite-mk3 Hybrid's S/PDIF Input Makes Noises

My UltraLite-mk3 Hybrid is continuously getting noises from S/PDIF Input.
A step to reproduce is just turning on the device, then it makes noises.
(Meter shows high level on DIG IN L and R)
Nothing plugged into S/PDIF.

I tried factory resetting but nothing changed.
Do anyone know something about this problem?

Firmware 1.03, Hardware 1.02
(Windows 7 64bit driver 4.0.5.0323)

I have the same problem.
But when they are used they are free from noise.
