Ultralite Mk3 vs Ultralite Mk3 hybrid

Hello there,

I haven't had a motu interface before but i read very good reviews so i decided to buy one and start recoding with my rode nt2-a. Well my main question is what is the difference between the Ultralite Mk3 firewire and the hybrid version? Except the that the hybrid supports connectivity with usb and firewire is there any other difference ?(better pre-amps more latency etc..)
Also what do you think is a good price for a used Ultralite Mk3 fire-wire i know the hybrid is around 250-300 pounds but since the firewire is older i suppose it would be cheaper right?
