UltraLite MK3 Blank screen :shock:

:shock: First of all Hi :)

I got my new MK3 Today after a long wait, like most of you guys.
Rushed to the CPU and recorded my first song, 10 minutes later I got a Message sayin' that my Audio Interface is Disconnected.
so a green blank screen on my Motu - Disconnected it and powered it again with the same result (blank green screen).


Anyone? Do you know how to solve this issue? Is it broken?

Hi I'm experiencing the same issue (a blank green screen). I'm running my MOTU UltraLite MK3 via firewire bus power, and it's worked fine in the past.

Could you please let me know how you ended up resolving your situation? Or has anyone else experienced this?

Any help would be much appreciated.
