MTP-AV (USB) not passing MIDI clock

I am using an external hardware sequencer connected to the MTP-AV to generate MIDI clock and SPP. The MTP passes the clock to the other MIDI ports but will not pass it into windows. I am using MidiOX and can see note data, etc from the sequencer but not the clock signal. If I hook up my Emu 2x2 USB interface in place of the MTP, I can see the clock signal in MidiOX. It appears that the MTP will pass realtime MIDI to the other MIDI ports but will not pass it via USB into MidiOX or any DAW for that matter. What am I missing here?

PS. There is not message muting in clockworks at all and the MTP has been reset to factory
