I have connected the 2 digimax via adat to my 828mk3 , and when i switch the clock source to ADAT A a noise start to appear on the 8 channel belongs to ADAT B and the same way when i switch clock source to ADAT B the noise appear on ADAT A channel. i tried change digital cables but nothing happend. Well hope someone can help me with this issue.

What about clocking the 2 Digimax units to ADAT . . . or wordclock. Clock the 828mk3 to internal.

How are the two presonus units clocked? Is there something that locks them together? I see the presonus units can connected to each other via wordclock. Maybe you can use that and extend wordclock to the 828. I have had problems using ADAT to sync the 828 to other things, but wordclock always worked.
