Problem loading program from MachFive 3 sound library

I can not load program "Universal loops & instruments/Brass/Riffs/Brass Riff 108 Bpm A.m5p" as supplied from MachFive 3 DVD 1.
I get five messages for various files it can not load.

This happens on both Windows and Mac OSX.

Would like to know if anybody else gets this problem incase there is some problem with my media.

Hi there--

Yeah that file does not load on my system either (OS 10.7.3 MAcmini 2.0 Quad 16GB, DP 7.24 & M5 3.0.3), also, in sessions where I have other format (in my case .nki(Kontakt)) library files loaded, I don't seem to be able to get bigger M5 libraries loaded and often crashes DP(Percussiv.all always does, Upright sometimes do, haven't tried other big ones)

I haven't figured out the workaround so can't be of much help, but just to let you know that you're not the only one....
