Emu ESI Imports - loop tuningquestion

This has been a long term problem for me and i hope someone has an answer.

All my imported libraries imported fine into M5, except when sustained instruments hit their loops, the pitch shifts up about a quarter tone. Changing the loop length or position only screws up the sustain.

Any ideas on how imight tune these loops?
