Crysonic shows itself again SpectraLive V4 VST version only?

Paid for an been waiting many moons for the V4 update for SpectraLive from Crysonic. Really like the V3 version.
What a poor customer service they have. excuse after excuse, lie after lie, Deluged with e-amails from time to time promising the product but never materializing.

I e-mailed over and over again, trying to be patient but sometimes being pretty upset and requesting refund. I asked them once if they were actually going out of business due to their $29 blow out and and really just trying to take (steal) as much money as they could with false advertising.
Well anyway I get surprised with a download link today. But it was for VST VERSIoN ONLY!!! They promised the AU version "in a few days" yeah right......

I sent another not so nice e-mail. Sorry, I just needed to vent.

The thing is that V3 was an awesome product. i used it in everyone of my mixes and was really wanting V4 version. So I guess i will just wait and wait and wait and wait....
Did I say I was going to wait?
DONT CRACK needs to buy this company out and take their product and put some customer support behind it..

I gave up on Crysonic a while back. I had problems using many of their plug-ins with DP and they were virtually unresponsive for the two years I tried to use them.

I like SpectraLive XT. I use it on just about all my mixes. the V4 version was finally made available with AU format yesterday. It is the same but with some other compressor, gate, bass enhancer etc. I thought they were going to update the Spectra Live plug. The only problem thatI had with it is that it does use CPU, and if the GUI was not visible then the plug acted like it was bypassed. I also was not able to save user setting. Oh well... I like the effect it has. I thought the company was going to rip everyone off as it was offering (and still is) everything they had to previous customers for $29.00. I thought they were going to get their money and then disappear. I don't hold much stock in them though. I got my plugin and it works so I am satisfied.

I have to say, their Sindo stereoizer plug seems to be very good. But I understand what you guys are saying. I suspect that the company is one or two overworked individuals attempting to do everything and he or they are simply overwhelmed.
