For the main audio out, if I set:
Cuemix bus 1 to Main Outs 1-2
MOTU audio setup Default Stereo Outputs to Main Out 1-2/Main Out Assign Main Out 1-2
So everything is set to the main out. The result is, in DP, hardware keyboards play fine. But Omnisphere etc, (set to main outs) are not heard! Why??? Also, even though the hardware keyboards play, the Master Vol on the front of the 828mk3 does not change the level.
If I set everything mentioned above to Analogue 1 and 2, everything plays fine including soft synths. But still the Master Vol does not work.
Any ideas?

Go to Cuemix FX output tabs, and engage the monitor on Main out...

Thanks very much that did the trick. And it also got the front panel volume knob working!
Now I have just one final problem!
I cannot get any of my software instruments, including the free ones with DP, to output enough volume. I push up the sliders in the DP mixer and put the plug in volumes (for example Omnisphere) as high as possible, but the volume is 1/10 of my real keyboards. I didn't have this problem with the 828mk2 so I must have something set wrong.
