Opening old Jam files

Hi all, I recently upgraded to a new Mac(dual 2.3, Tiger os 10.4). I dumped my old Jam files(with the Toast cache files) into the new computer.
I have the most recent version of Toast/Jam, but when I open up the old files, the don't see the audio files. If I add them to a new Jam file, it works, but I have lost all of my tweaks from the old Jam files. Does anyone have experience with this. TIA....Jim
