So when are you going to upgrade to DP8??

Opinions please!
Who's going to upgrade to DP8 straight away? Or wait until it's patched?
There's always this "risk" with updating programs, be it software or OS, that we rely on but should we upgrade straight from launch?

Anything worth doing has a risk. I'm ordering as soon as they announce pre-orders. Can't ever be too far ahead of the competition.

The great thing about DP, at least in the past, is that you get to keep and use the older versions.... so no problem, I'll be right there!!

What would be the point in ordering it and not installing it? As Stephen mentioned, you can always use the earlier versions of DP - unless you a Windows user... ☺ Now that's just plain risky all around.

7.24 is working so well at the moment for me.
I'm going to clone my system disc so I can go back to it if needed.
I reckon I'll try 8 within hours of receiving the discs.
Might even try it on the PC.
