Logic 6.3.3 / motu pci 324/1224 / motu MTP / OSX 10.3.9 / g4 1.25 mhz problems

we have big problems with this setup in our studio. we constantly have kernel panics and a frozen computer which make the hole setup useless.
everything looks normal in the "AU consol and the motu pci app )
We have try following things:

software chek 1.5 gb. ram ( often courses kernel panics )
reinstalled logic 6.3.3
reinstalled newest drivers/ app from motu
pram reset
removed all plugin ( waves, native inst + all logic )
tried all settings in logic audio / driver window ( latency, buffer ... ect)

everything runs fine when using 0S 9.2 with the os9 drivers from motu.
and the OSX 10.3.9 only have problems when working with logic and motu.

this will be sent to both logic and motu support

OS X is more sensitive to RAM and USB devices.

Remove all external devices, PCI cards and 3rd party RAM. See if you still have problems.
