What is the APP that makes your mouse pointer GLOW?

I'm watching Pensado's Place (podcast from iTunes) and he has a glow around his mouse pointer. I've seen this at a few studios (one had a big BULLSEY) that followed the mouse pointer. This will be HANDY for me when using remote desktop.

anyone use this? what's it called?

There's a bunch of stuff for this. I'd Google "custom mac cursors." You should get a ton of hits.

Hi Wonder,
"Mousepose" is the one I use and there is a video on the developer's website
