Motu MIDI Express XT USB Driver Problems Under Win 7 64 bit

Hi Guys,
I have installed the latest driver for windows 7 at 64 bit (4.0.48697)
and no MIDI signal came out from MIDI interface !!!
The system recognized the interface and all the 8 MIDI port but when i play the keyboard or the sequencer no signal came out from the MIDI interface and no led blink in the front panel !!
Anyone have idea of what happen ??
