MOTU ULTRALITE MK3 setup problems

i just received this unit and i have had nothing but problems for two straight days in setting the hardware up and loading the drivers.

i have a windows 7 64 bit system i7 1.73 ghz intel with 8 gb rams. I loaded the drivers from the website,,,, restarted the pc,,, then plugged in the interface and turn it on. ( these are the exact instuctions for installation).

it only seems to work for about 5 minutes. if I play youtube or something. the audio doesn't even last through a whole video before it drops out. when i try to restart the pc the hardware interface isn't even shown as an option anymore. it's as if the driver dropped out.

If I open up my Daws, and try to play then it just freezes up until I changed the audio settings back to Asio4all.

I've never had this many problems installing any muscial equipment. I can't call Sweewater or MOTU because of the holidays.

Can any of you guys help?
