New "contemporary classical" CD featuring oboe

Diversions - Autour du hautbois is the title (in French) of a CD that I recorded in DP and did all of the editing for (all works). The mixing and mastering was done by Andrew Levine of blumlein records. All works include oboe but there are two different group formations on the CD. Extracts of all tracks are on the itunes link.

The oboist is Marika Lombardi performing in the duo with pianist Debra Takakjian, then also playing in a quintet formation with violinist Charmian Keay, clarinetist Erika Bliznik, violist Joe Ichinose and double bassist Raphaël Scwhab.

I recorded the oboe/piano duo in DP with MOTU Traveler, and the two works for quintet were recorded by Andrew Levine using a MH ULN-8. Diversions for Quintet.
