Windows wont detect my 828mk3 Help please

I have windows 7 with all update
I have the old one , only firewire connect on PCI1394MP Startec pci adapter and i use legacy driver , i installed the lastest motu driver for windows and the install is ok .The Problem is windows cant detect the motu card , i dont understand why ?
I have try my card on another motherboard with 1394 chip integrate and windows cant detect the motu . i tested my firewire cable and it seems ok. i followed all note in tech note section on motusupport website . Maybe its hardware problem with the firewire connector on board 828mk3 , but i dont think so.
Tomorrow i will try to connect on a imac if it works .
I use this card since 2 years ago. After moving to my new house nothing works.
Maybe its because of the new update from windows i dunno . Need help!

Can you see the firewire card when you go to Control Panels/System/Device Manager. Mine shows up as IEEE 1394 Bus host controller, Texas Instruments 1394 OHCI Compliant Host Controller. (I'm using the SIIG PCI Firewire card.) If you don't see any firewire card, then you know the card is bad or maybe you need to update the drivers. To update the drivers right click on the firewire card name in the Device Manager and there should be an option to update. Also try taking the card out and installing it again, maybe it's not all the way pushed in..

I tried the motu on a IMAC and nothing appears.I think my 828mk3 have problem with firewire connector . Its weird cause the card work perfectly in stand alone.
