But seriously. How the author of the article came to that outrageous conclusion is totally beyond me. And, unless I'm blind, there is no follow-up link to support those claims.

Apple was wanting to use them for a human centipede experiment because they agreed to the Itunes user agreement. They argued that they didn't read the agreement and then all hell broke loose.
