I can. Intel only. :(

I'm going to live vicariously through RadioGal. SHE's getting a 6 core.

I tried Magnetic on my VSL Imperial Bosendorfer piano - same setting 30ips preset - it went from being an amazing piano sample to sounding more like a great piano recording. :D
Lots of stuff and a recently acquired ability to stop buying

Yikes, I just realized I've been so busy that I haven't bought it yet! I think we have until the 15th of May, but will check later today.

Yep, till the fifteenth. You should be good for another week.

I bought it, but mostly as an impulse buy. There are things I may use it for, but for the majority of my work (classical) there really isn't much use for an echo reverb. Also, I have 4 fantastic delays by PSP, which can do just about anything. Still… there was something satisfying about just having the "whole set" of Nomad plugins. And for $49, it was doable. I would not have done it for $99. And it does make a very satisfying replica of those old delays from the vinyl era. Perfect for guitars!

I have SoundToys Echoboy and the PSP delay plugs and (Shooshie will love this), after cycling through these plugs to find a decent delay on a project track, wound up using DP's stock Echo plug. The track sounded great and definitely made me rethink the usefulness of DP's stock plugs! Sadly, the best echo plug I've ever used, Arboretum's Echo, is no longer around. I definitely miss Arboretum; I don't think they ever even got around to manufacturing AU plugs, let alone UB AU plugs, but they had quite a few great ones.

Actually, MOTU's echo plug isn't bad at all; nor is its phaser. I used them both before buying the others, and keep forgetting they're there!

The one that I couldn't live without is the Pattern Gate, as I literally do not have that functionality ANYWHERE else!

I now own all the PSP delays, EchoBoy, and this new one from Nomad Factory (I finally got around to buying and authorizing it last night).

More so than any other effects, delays come in so many categories and styles that each has its own flavour and purpose. Same with reverbs.
