Preamp blown?

On my 8pre, the -48db light came on this morning (I accidentally left the interface on overnight) and now it won't turn off. I've tried restarting the interface, restarting the computer, switching firewire cables and ports, removing all cables, toggling volume knobs, resetting the device, and probably more stuff that I can't even remember and none of it helped. The worst part of all of this is that anything I plug into this input will not get picked up, so I guess now I have a 7pre. The amount of problems I've had with this <1 month old device is unbelievable and MOTU not answering my 3 week old tech support ticket really isn't helping.

Any suggestions? :D
