I'm sure this has been covered, but has their been any info, rumors or "hints" of DP going 64 bit? This will be a big day when it finally does happen!!!

I spoke to one of the MOTU guys at NAMM, and he said they were hoping to have it ready for this years show, but it didn't happen. They're working hard on it. That's a lot of code, and they're a small company; they're not Apple. Anyway, it can't be too soon for me! I want to be able to work at 96k without constantly be reminded that my processor is being overloaded... and that's with an 8 core Mac Pro. I hope when 64 bit DP comes out, that it will be the Holy Grail that will finally release the power in our computers.
