Dear all, 1st of all "hello" to everyone & thx for helping me in advance!
I just bought a brand new 828 MK3 hybrid and just can´t get it to work on my Macbook Pro running 10.6.6. No matter if I try using FW800 or USB - it is simply not appearing as an audio interface. I used the latest drivers from Motu´s homepage.
If I connect it via USB, I can see the device in the Mac´s system profiler in the USB section as "828 mk3" but the Audio Setup application doesn´t show anything besides the General tab.
Cables I tried were the ones delivered with the interface.
It seems to be working in stand alone mode, I can get a sound through it. It is just not appearing on the computer.
I already use a NI Audio 4 DJ interface on this Macbook - I already tried uninstalling NI´s drivers and re-installing the Motu ones (no difference) but maybe I missed something?
I uploaded a screen shot of the system profiler, audio-MIDI setup and the Motu Audio Setup application:

Thx in advance for your support!

Re: 828MK3 Hybrid not recognized on Macbook Pro
Case can be closed. My fault (somehow).
I didn´t start by installing the setup application from the CD. I downloaded what appeared as the latest driver package from Motu´s website. But it doesn´t do the trick as a standalone installer. You first have to install the stuff from the CD which comes with the device.
