Monitoring with a Motu 828mkII
If I have the stereo outs of a Motu 828mkII going to an external processor and have the returns going to Mic1 and Mic2, is there a way to monitor only the Mic1 and Mic2 channel inputs? Right now, I'm hearing the stereo outs + the 2 Mic inputs together.

What are you trying to achieve? Your current routing looks like a feedback loop to me. In CueMix FX (or plain old CueMix), you can setup sends/returns/multiple monitor paths using mix buses. Also, what outboard gear? Why are you returning it to the pre amps (Mic 1,2) rather than the TRS inputs? Need more info . . .
