Um, is there a problem to be addressed? Something repeateable? Or did this happen ONLY the first time you EVER launched DP 7.21?

Are you having to launch twice every time?

Did you look for a log file to see if there's anything useful in it? [ I forget the name of the log file, but they're usually pretty easy to find ]

If this is not repeatable, I wouldn't worry about it, as it may have just been some bootstrapping sort of thing, finding the authorization, etc.

Did you launch DP directly, or by clicking on a project file?

HI, thx for answer, I meant everytime i launch performer for the first time after restart it closes
unexpectedly. When i relaunch, without restarting computer, it works. I launch perfomer directly, but if i launch from a project file does not make difference.
Btw i disinstalled all plugins but the problem persists.
Here is the log

Hi sestopiano:

I would uninstall and do a complete reinstall. Use your install discs to perform the operation, then download all available updates to DP and install those updates in sequential order.

Qualche volta, i computer sono incostanti.

Yes, what Frodo said, and then do a Repair Permissions after the installations are complete. It's amazing how many problems that simple command fixes!

Use your Digital Performer disc to uninstall. Then, reinstall with that same disc. After that, go to motu.com and down load all the available updates. Install them in sequential order.

Go into ~/Library/Preferences/ByHost and trash ny files that say MIDI in them. Something is causing your MIDI Server to crash. Trashing the ByHost files will flush out AMS completely. Restart the computer afterwards.
