I'm running M5 on Mac OS 9.2 / ProTools 5.2.1
Bad news: when you load a preset, is sounds as you saved it, but the knobs do not move to their new positions and do not display the preset's settings.
After loading, you modify the sound as a blind, unable to know the saved value, canceling it as soon as you touch the knob.
Reproducing same values (such as effect or envelopes settings) from on preset to another is almost impossible.
Is this normal or is there something wrong with my set up????
Knobs don't follow when you load a preset

Re: Knobs don't follow when you load a preset
The "trap" is that when Zone Edit is not activated, and some zones have different values for the same parameter, there is no "global" value for that parameter that would make any visual sense. (I hope I am making sense!). So if you want to find out the actual value of a parameter for any given note, I'd recommend activating Zone Edit first (either by clicking on a zone, or by activating "MIDI Select" and then playing a note). All the parameters for that zone will then then show their correct settings.

Of course !!!!!!!!!
different zones, different settings !!!!!!!
Instant displaying of parameters when no zone is selected wouldn't make sense.
Merci
