mach 5 or kontact

Im looking at purchacing one of the two. Im running a p4 2.0.w/1gig of ram.d I noticed that alot of users are mac. How well does mach 5 run on pc? reading some topics on both sites i read that some samples took a long time to load. How much of that is true for mach 5? what sound libraries would you sug. at an affordable price. The main thing I would like to know is for what and why do you use mach 5 instead of kontact 2.

i am running mac and i have k2... i hate it because its in AU and DP 4.5 can't "see" its multiple outputs (even through a VST to MAS wrapper it bugs out)... i would rather have mach 5.

for you, i had a P4 1.8 1GB and bought mach 5 and i was dying cause of load times... mach five just seemed to be a beast...

question is, do you have a preference to your GUI and do you need or want convolution reverb?

just bought mach 5 so i can gain my multiple outs back... havent payed much ith it but the first thing i noticed is that the library blows compared to kontakt 2...

in quality and quantity
mach 5 = 4.5gb
kontakt 2 = 15gb
