machFive causes system to crash

i have tried to install machfive on my system and everytime I do it causes the system to crash. i have tried to import the vst into sonor as well as use it with cubase. in both instances as soon as the machfive dll's are scanned i get the BSOD. thats right. i tried this also on my very compatible laptop. same situation. i have tried with both my ilok in and ilok out. no success. possible bad install disk?? please help

i have the same problem with wizoo's latigo. when I open the VI it crashed DP everytime
