Mach 5 should arrive in about a week. I'm getting revved up!!!
Which of my drives would be the best location for the huge sample library?
A-SATA drive with partitions for 9 & X apps, plus 40G for storage.
B- Unpartitioned 80GB SATA drive as my audio workspace
C-Original internal 40 GB ATA drive (1 partition for X, and a 30GB partition for storage. )
Do the samples need to be on the faster drive or is RAM really the key ingredient???
Any recommendations appreciated.
Where to put the samples???
