Instruments go mad after updating

I had a nice library of mediaeval and celtic instruments, unfortunately - each time I update, things happen. Many samples have a start time a few milliseconds in, some are short, others loop where they previously didn't. It seems to be randomly throughout instruments. Has anyone else had this experience, or am I the lucky one?

I am loathe to go throught the whole thing again (some were home-made and took an age to get right), but hey-ho. That being said, I am enjoying it, and on 10.3.6 and PT 6.7 it all seems to go (for the most part) swimmingly. Hopefully version 2 will be a bit more slick.
