I can´t see the meters and record too low UL MK3

Hello, i have a problem... in the cuemix I can´t any meter of nothing... nothig moves... no signal meter... i´ve read the manual but i cant find solution to this.

In cubase 5 the meter is very very low, and i can hear my guitar perfect through the speakers but when i record the sound is too low...

I need help please

But in the dispay of the ultralite I can see it... I don´t know what´s happenig...
