Position bar in 7

Post by tntgraham »

I wasn't on 6 very long, but never could find the old position bar that was in 4, and 5. Is that dropped now or is there an option for it. I miss it if they took it away.

I really miss the position bar. I wish they'd bring it back in a future update.

New to 7.2 (jumping from 5.12)
Does anyone know WHY they removed the position bar? :banghead:

As an alternative you can always click in the counter window and drag, especially if you have a Magic Mouse or Magic trackpad, with which you can scroll rapidly.

I still miss the position bar. It worked perfectly with the way I visualize position in a song and in this way worked better than any of the suggested alternatives have since. It was a great way to quickly get near where I wanted to be quickly which , in many instances, is exactly what I want.
