Quest for the Mini Meno

Odd behavior in the "Command F" Find Menu. Just uninstalled 7.02. Tried the "Command Find". There was the mini-menu with the save settings and my saved Find sets. Tried it again. The mini menu slanted pyramid was GONE. How do I get the slant pyramid mini menu back.

Please Help.
