after upgrade-how to remove old OS 9
How do you guys remove the old OS 9.x after upgrading and determining stability. I want to keep files but remove the OS. Suggestions? Thanks Kelly

DON'T DO IT!
You may need to go into Classic mode at some point and you will want that OS on your system. No OS, no Classic mode! Even after a couple of years, I still find an occassional file that needs an OS 9 program to run (so don't delete any programs you haven't confirmed are updated to OS X, either!

NO NO NO!
MIDI Life Crisis is correct.
You may find your self in serious trouble in the event you can't sighn into OS X so then at least you can sign into 9 and solve the problem from that OS.
OS 9 does not take up that much hard drive real estate. In my NINE I reduced the browsers down to one favorite ( mozilla ) and trashed the other browsers.
