Anyone else unable to use 32 sample buffer size?

Post by TheRealRoach »

I can select 32 samples in the buffer settings/Motu Control Panel and the Cubase 4 Device manager reads the input and output latency (approx 1.8ms round trip), but as soon as I press play in a given project I get no sound out of cubase. Switch back to 64 samples and I'm in business. Anyone else get this?

I can playback at 32 but only a small number of tracks no cpu heavy plugs. To much and i get the squeals and pops you here so much about on this forum!

a bump for this old thread. I'm having the same problem as VigiliantSound.

things working fine for me at 64 samples but 32 samples gives no sound output.

828mkii driver 3.6.7.4
