EDIT COMMANDS JUST DELETING????

Post by mellotron »

I'm working in 5.13 and am fairly experienced DP user. This is a new one... when I highlight a section of audio and then use edit commands such as repeat or splice it just erases the selected audio instead of splicing or repeating? I've never experienced this before and as far as I know haven't changed any settings. Anybody know what's going on? This is strange. Thanks in advance!

Sounds like an OS kind of thing to me. Delete the DP plist is the best I can offer, then maybe reinstall.

Could also be a mouse driver adding a key command (SteerMouse, USBOverdrive, LogitBlech!)

Love Logitech 'mousies' but their drivers are for "droppings."
