Like many around here, I am in dire need of replacing my trusty old computer (dual 1.8 G5). I am considering purchasing a PC from a DAW builder to use for all my VI's and cpu intensive fx like Guitar Rig (via VE Pro). I figure that in the mean time I can use my G5 for audio only and purchase a new Mac once all the dust settles . . . and at that point, have a pretty intense rig.
The specs on the PC I'm considering are below.
Does anyone have any thoughts - pro or con - about this approach?
