I know that commercial printing houses make sure that you are licensed to reproduce any type of copyright or trademarked content... I'd HOPE anyway for the people who have logos and trademarks, and to save their own for unauthorized duplication claims. You can get iron on types of transfers for t-shirts that are pretty good nowadays.Jim wrote:There are a few "design your own t-shirt" sites on the web. Just upload an image and connect to PayPal. Your biggest challenge may be getting the artwork you need in high enough resolution to print a smooth logo. The DP7 font appears to be a modified version of Zygo SE. If you're handy with Adobe Illustrator, you could reverse engineer it.

Whatever might be done... and not even sure I'd want to make a run of them... it absolutely would have to be done with MOTU's permission since we're talking about a logo and product that belongs to them.

What if YOU got permission from MOTU, I'm totally sure they'd give it to you.. You have some T's made, and we'll buy 'em from you, pre-order only. MOTU gets free advertisement, you sell some cool shirts for a nice profit, and you can use the money to offset some costs for running this site, and maybe even make a few bucks for you. I'd give you $20 for one, if it was really cool. And I would be glad for you to make a profit!
Anyone else?

I miss the decals that use to come with guitar strings.
Don't see them any more.
Back when I started using Performer MOTU sent me a T-shirt.
A few yrs ago when I was talking to MOTU I asked about shirts and the response was that their not in the T-shirt business and never had shirts.
Wrong responce.
Here's a pic of the shirt I have, I'll get a better pics and post them I don't know if this a pic of the back or the front but had an image on both sides.

Oh man! I used to HAVE on of those T- Shirts and I lost it.
I really wish, BTW, that MOTU would bring back the unicorn logo. It was so different that it was cool.

I think when I got the shirt Performer use to come on 1 floppy disk.
I'll dig the shirt put and get a pic of the front and back before it disintegrates.
But if a new shirt comes out I want one.
Its nice to have an image on the back as well for us bikers.

.
I'd wear one of these DP shirts with no problem or shame. I mean, I do have an M-audio T-shirt I wear at home when doing household errands

I still have that teeshirt. And it's still the coolest one I own. It came in the box with Performer 5.0. Every time I wear it people ask me about it and where they can get one.
Kind regards.
Kind regards.

Now, I'm trying to remember where in all my stuff/junk mine might be.
Maybe I just wore it out and it's history.
