How do you export MIDI

Hello, I cant seem to find this in the manual. I have a MIDI file track that I want to export in another song. I totally redid a song thats faster and with a different arrangement. How do I save the MIDI file i one song, and import the file into the new song?

Check the index in the DP User Guide under "Save As...MIDI File."

No manual? No PDF? Next thing you know they'll remove the HELP section... Anybody remember the HELP section?
