Seeing this made me think that people might want a thread to go to to 'round out' their post counts. LOL!

On a personal note, I'm finding it very slow to top the 10k mark myself. I'm not having any issues with DP 7.12 and all the trolls seem to be in hiding.

I need a thread to lower my post count. Like cholesterol, salt, and too much great sex, high post counts are known by some to be bad for you. If I could just shave about 10,000 posts, it might bring world peace. Probably not, actually.

Turns out it was mainly the salt. Most everything else they said is bad for you is only bad when accompanied by salt. *sigh*… or sand.

It is a known fact that your post count is inversely proportional to your IQ. Smart people apparently don't post as often.

I can attest to that. But I'm smart so I won't.

I feel something in the air. Lorhael must be close… I think that our Mr. Underhill, the Ringbearer is near to the end of this part of his journeys for now. He knows that ring MUST be tossed into the fiery depths! We're depending on you, Maura Labingi, the Elf-Friend. Browne athan Harthad. Who at the close of his journeys becomes the Nine Fingers who plays like Twenty Fingers.

My sister's a nurse and she was telling me that the first thing medical teams have to do with very ill patients these days is put them on a sodium (salt) drip because their levels are too low.

Personally, I believe that the whole low-salt thing is marketing bullcrap. Just like the low-fat rubbish. We did, after all, originate from the ocean. And fat is what gives food its flavour. Me, I put salt on everything - even my morning cereal (porridge). And my blood pressure remains obstinately low.

Kind regards.

I'm going in tomorrow for that dreaded medical screening that they do when you get to be my age. "Up yours" is not what I want to hear right now!
