soundfile conversion necessary

Just thought I'd pass along some info.
I spent a little time talking with a MOTU tech about not being able to create a simple loop with a sample in M5 2. It turned out that the soundfile was SD2 and M5 would not loop it. I converted it to .aiff and all was fine. Now I probably could have converted it to .wav also and it probably would loop also.

So anyhow if you find that M5 is not allowing you to loop a particular soundfile, this might be why.
